We engage in a consultative process to work with both campus and external event organizers. We gather essential details related to the event domain, preferred locations, event type (banquet, conference, meeting, trade show, etc.), and pricing requirements. Based on these parameters, we present a curated contact list of facilities, locations, and vendors across campus and the Brazos Valley applicable to organizers’ needs. We strive to showcase lesser-known yet exceptional venues and vendors, helping partners create unique events tailored to specific audiences. The logistical aspects and arrangements of the events are undertaken by the organization seeking to schedule the event, but we’re here to help navigate campus policies and procedures. Leveraging our strong connections within the University and community, we help to resolve challenges faced by the organization, ensuring a smooth planning and execution process.
