OUR ROLE

The Brazos Valley Partnership Program helps campus meeting planners and external clients create memorable events within our world-class Texas A&M facilities. We provide connections and practical solutions to navigate the campus environment and connect to the broader Bryan – College Station community. While we do not handle the complete event planning process, our expertise and network ensure our clients receive exceptional support and access to a wide array of resources and venues to make their events successful.

HOW WE ASSIST

We engage in a consultative process to work with both campus and external event organizers. We gather essential details related to the event domain, preferred locations, event type (banquet, conference, meeting, trade show, etc.), and pricing requirements. Based on these parameters, we present a curated contact list of facilities, locations, and vendors across campus and the Brazos Valley applicable to organizers’ needs. We strive to showcase lesser-known yet exceptional venues and vendors, helping partners create unique events tailored to specific audiences. The logistical aspects and arrangements of the events are undertaken by the organization seeking to schedule the event, but we’re here to help navigate campus policies and procedures. Leveraging our strong connections within the University and community, we help to resolve challenges faced by the organization, ensuring a smooth planning and execution process.

FACILITATING CONNECTIONS

We work closely with the Destination Bryan and Visit College Station organizations to promote both campus and community tourism and events. Our goal is to provide seamless connections to allow visitors the opportunity to experience all Bryan-College Station has to offer.
