The department supports the Leadership Minor Program and has oversight for the Public Policy Internship Program, Texas A&M University Press and Texas Real Estate Research Center.
The Public Policy Internship Program provides students with high-impact learning opportunities. Working at the state, national or international level, students gain a better understanding of their strengths and goals.
Established in 1971, the Texas Real Estate Research Center advances research on issues related to real estate including financial, socioeconomic, public policy, trade, legal, land use and market analysis.
Since 1974 the Texas A&M University Press has been the book publishing arm of one of the nation’s leading research institutions. The press’ mission is to be the preeminent academic press in science and scholarly subjects and publish 50 to 60 new print or digital titles annually.
